Associate, Marketing
Position Summary Responsible for assisting the marketing team in planning and execution of marketing activities.
Location Head Office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies in marketing
  2. Conducting marketing research, client relations/ public relations to build good networks
  3. Prepare and distribute promotional marketing materials
  4. Help to generate and create brand awareness for the existing and upcoming brands
  5. Create marketing and promotional materials both in print and digital
  6. Develop and deliver creative marketing and communications in social media sites
  7. Admininstrative works: Encoding, recording, analyzing and filling
  8. Other adhoc tasks
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Mass Communication or any related field is required
Work Experience
  • 1-3 years working experience in Marketing or related field
  • Preferably in the field of Food and Restaurant Services
Relevant Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with marketing, advertising and promotional trends
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in creative suites is an advantage
Associate, Training and Development
Position Summary Responsible to assist the training and development team in providing training, seminars, orientation and activities for the development and improvement of the organization.
Location Head Office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support in planning of training materials/ modules forthe welfare of employees
  2. Design, create and review training manuals, learning modules and course materials
  3. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of programs based on trends and company needs
  4. Arrange training materials and set up the training room/ facilities
  5. Monitor budget and cost of every programs and projects
  6. Analyze, record and filing of training needs, evaluation and compliance
  7. Coordinate with the facilitators, if needed.
  8. Any adhoc assignments
Education Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent is required
Work Experience
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Training/Learning and Development
  • Preferably in the field of Food and Restaurant Services
Relevant Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Public speaking is a plus
  • Experienced in doing Training Need Analysis is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino both written and verbal, other language/s is a plus
Graphic Artist
Position Summary Responsible in the execution of all visual creative requirements –design, lay-out, etc. forall media platforms. He should be able to work in a demanding environment on multiple tasks across a wide range of disciplines including web, digital, printed work and visual identity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, interactive advertisements, websites, packaging, sales materials and informative and instructional materials
  2. Generate graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs
  3. Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization
  4. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within web and print design
  5. Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines according to the needs of the business.
  6. Assist in creative asset management and project coordination
  7. Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure design meets brand standards and business goals
Education Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising or equivalent experience required
Work Experience

Associate, Treasury - Collections
Position Summary Responsible to manage and maintain account receivables transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
Location Head Office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Daily posting of customer payments received.
  2. Issuance of Official Receipts.
  3. Monitoring of Accounts Receivable aging.
  4. Sending of payment reminders, Statement of Accounts, and Demand Letters.
  5. Preparation of summary of penalties for late payments and returned checks for billing to Franchisees.
  6. Attending to Franchisees’ queries.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Financial Management or any related field is required
Work Experience
  • At least two (2) years working experience in Treasury/ Finance/ Accounting
Relevant Skills
  • Good Comprehension skills
  • Good time management
  • Organizational Skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets or MS Excel is an advantage
Associate, Accounting Payable
Position Summary Responsible to ensure that the payment activities has been comply in timely and efficient manner.
Location Head Office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Receives checks and verifies all necessary documents in processing requests for payments.
  2. Processing of accounts payable voucher and releasing of cheques.
  3. Record, organize and file successful payments received and released. Processing of reimbursements, PCF, and advances.
  4. Other administrative and clerical works
Education Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting Technology, Accountancy is required
Work Experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance
  • Preferably had an experience to work in Food and Restaurant Services or any related industry
Relevant Skills
  • Knowledge in basic accounting principles
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and good comprehension skills
  • Good time management
  • Proficiency in Googlesheets/ MS Excel is an advantage
