This position entails preparing and serving food and beverages, taking orders and payments from customers, educating them about our drink menu, offering suggestions based on their preferences, and up-selling special items. It also involves cleaning and sanitizing their work areas, seating areas, and equipment/tools while making sure that our customers have a great drinking experience. 

QUALIFICATION:

CASHIER

A cashier processes customer orders, collects payments from customers, and relay orders to the kitchen staff while also packaging orders. A cashier’s job also involve greeting guests, helping resolve customer complaints, and maintaining knowledge of the menu and sales policies while ensuring all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

KITCHEN HELPER

A kitchen helper performs various cleaning, maintenance, preparation, and stocking duties in the kitchens. They are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and storage areas, assisting in basic food preparation by helping cooks prepare meal ingredients, as well as receiving and storing products in kitchens. They should also have knowledge in proper food handling procedures and removing expired or spoiled ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom while following all food health and safety regulations and display exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior experience in a similar position.
· Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
· Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills.

BAKER & PASTRY CHEF

Baker and Pastry Chefs are in charge of preparing baked goods for sale to customers. Their duties include creating recipes, ordering ingredients and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods while ensuring that all raw and finished goods adhere to quality and food safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school or College diploma
· with 2 years of experience as baker
· Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
· Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
· Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
· Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment; stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances; and lift heavy items for extended periods.
· Willing to work in shifting schedule

RESTAURANT MANAGER

A Restaurant Manager oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. They are in charge of making sure that everything runs smoothly at the restaurant. Restaurant Manager responsibilities also include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals while ensuring efficient restaurant operation, and maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

QUALIFICATION:
