Officer, Learning and Development

The Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for identifying training needs, and developing and conducting training plans and/or programs that will help improve our operation, especially our customer service, coordinating with different departments in regard to training and development programs, providing regular updates and progress reports on projects and programs, and results achieved, evaluate training effectiveness and continuously innovate programs based on the analyzed reports, and continually striving to create relevant and progressive projects and/or programs

QUALIFICATIONS:
· College Degree
· Has worked in the F&B Industry preferably with at least 2 years of experience
· Has acquired knowledge of training and/or education
· Has the ability to communicate in verbally and writing in a formal setting and audience
· Has strong proficiency in using MS Office Products and ability to understand and use other Information Technology to improve efficiency and quality of work
· Has a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
· Multitasker and Adaptable
