Associate Manager, Marketing (Modern)
The Associate/Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic ongoing marketing initiatives and programs to target locals, tourists, and convention businesses to promote as a must-have. Their duties also include developing and implementing marketing strategies for the brand, including digital marketing planning, execution of brand campaigns, and deployment of strategies and tactics across social media, digital and creative design functions, creating, managing, and implementing all-encompassing PR and marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenue, generate foot traffic and build awareness, planning and implementing promotional campaigns to build awareness and drive visitation, managing and monitor all digital marketing campaigns, paid social, email, and traditional OOH media campaigns to leverage maximum ROI, developing on-site marketing and communications programs to maximize in-building conversion, building a strong and engaged influencer program to build brand awareness and create user-generated content, managing outside agencies to direct support for PR, digital and email marketing, SEO, search, content creation, and creative campaigns, overseeing all reputation and citation management on Google and other digital platforms and measuring performance of all marketing programs and communicate results to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or any related field.
· 5-8+ years professional experience in food and beverage marketing but not required.
· The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry.
· Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI.
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.
· Team player, willing to do anything to get the job done.
· Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize, and collaborate closely with multiple business units.
Associate, Marketing
The marketing associates will be responsible for closely working with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing plans, managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly, creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates, assisting with organizing promotions and events, collaborating with the Design team to create marketing materials, keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns, preparing regular sales forecasting reports, and monitoring competitors’ marketing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant fields
· Proven track record with 2-3 years of experience as a marketing assistant/associate or similar role
· Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team.
· Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
· Excellent multitasking skills
Associate, Social Media
The social media associate will be responsible for overseeing all social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, managing all promotions and advertisements, reviewing analytics to assess success and recommend improvements for future ads, developing strategies to increase followership and engagement, managing regular posting schedule of events and promotions, developing engaging and organic content to increase followership, monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, and managing influencer relationships and postings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant fields
· Proven track record with 2-3 years of relevant experience
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
· Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.

Manager, Social Media
The Social Media Manager will be responsible foe developing, implementing and managing our social media strategy, defining most important social media KPIs, managing and overseeing social media content, measuring the success of every social media campaign, staying up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies, and working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Their duties also include collaborating with Marketing, Franchise Relations and other relevant teams, monitoring SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization, and communicating with industry professionals and influencers/key opinion leaders (KOLs) via social media to create a strong network and brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant fields
· Proven track record with 6-8+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
· Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
· Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
· Good understanding of social media KPIs
· Familiarity with web design and publishing
· Excellent multitasking skills
Senior Graphic Artist
A Senior Graphic Artist studies design briefs and determine requirements, collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of marketing materials for the brand he/she is entrusted with, translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity, manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system, use trends and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific requirements, use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, amend designs after feedback, and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven graphic designing experience
· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
· Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
· A keen eye for aesthetics and details
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
· Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
