Director, Operations

The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of the brands, ensuring that the operations are managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Their duties include participating in the hiring and training of brand store level and middle management positions, organizing and overseeing the work and schedules of OMs / AOMs, conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and handling discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with the company policy.

· Master’s degree in Business Administrations is an advantage
· Graduate of Business Administration or any 4-year course similar or related to the former.
· At least 5 years of Operations Leadership Experience in the same or related position.
· Extensive and diversified background on related experience.
· Thorough understanding of practices, theories and policies involved in business and finance.
· Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
· Extreme proficient in Microsoft offices or related software.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
· Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills. 

Multi-Branch Manager (LCR)

The Multi-Branch Manager has Operational and Financial responsibility for a defined Brand/Branch/es. Their duties include providing training and development for the staff, ensuring Quality consistency across the region and increasing sales and profitability in their brands/stores, recruit, hire and train new staff in their direct area, offer consultation and recommendation to store level operations on overcoming challenges, monitor sales and work towards meeting monthly objectives, minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedule and inventory use, visit store to evaluate QSC and efficiency of each area, and reporting, updating daily to Operations Manager of all 4 areas of business.

· Graduate of Business Administration or any 4-year course similar or related to the former.
· At least 2 years of Operations Leadership Experience
· Handles multiple brands/branches/stores
· Has the ability to work under pressure
· Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
· Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
· Planning and organizational skills
· Commercial acumen
