Director, Operations
The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of the brands, ensuring that the operations are managed and performing efficiently and effectively. Their duties include participating in the hiring and training of brand store level and middle management positions, organizing and overseeing the work and schedules of OMs / AOMs, conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and handling discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with the company policy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master’s degree in Business Administrations is an advantage
· Graduate of Business Administration or any 4-year course similar or related to the former.
· At least 5 years of Operations Leadership Experience in the same or related position.
· Extensive and diversified background on related experience.
· Thorough understanding of practices, theories and policies involved in business and finance.
· Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
· Extreme proficient in Microsoft offices or related software.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
· Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Multi-Branch Manager (LCR)
The Multi-Branch Manager has Operational and Financial responsibility for a defined Brand/Branch/es. Their duties include providing training and development for the staff, ensuring Quality consistency across the region and increasing sales and profitability in their brands/stores, recruit, hire and train new staff in their direct area, offer consultation and recommendation to store level operations on overcoming challenges, monitor sales and work towards meeting monthly objectives, minimize cost and labor by reviewing schedule and inventory use, visit store to evaluate QSC and efficiency of each area, and reporting, updating daily to Operations Manager of all 4 areas of business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of Business Administration or any 4-year course similar or related to the former.
· At least 2 years of Operations Leadership Experience
· Handles multiple brands/branches/stores
· Has the ability to work under pressure
· Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
· Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility
· Planning and organizational skills

Associate Manager, Operations (Nabe)
An Operations Associate Manager oversees operational efficiency, manage the daily operations of the store ensuring that it runs smooth and efficiently, responsible in analyzing daily sales report, OPEX, P&L, KPIs, Inventory Management, devise marketing strategies by using/ analyzing latest trends to achieve targets, acquire good leadership skills to handle all concerns from subordinates to customers, supervise specific brand operation assigned by the operations head, responsible for financial report and competition analysis, as well as opening new stores.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is equivalent for this position
· With experience as Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service or equivalent
Head Chef (Nabe)
The Head Chef is accountable for ensuring that the daily operation of an assigned brand/area runs smoothly and effectively in accordance with set service standards and meeting guest expectations at all times. Their duties includes assisting the team to manage and lead his designated culinary team in producing the exceptional culinary experiences, and controls all aspects of the respective kitchen, trains and develops junior kitchen staff to operate to the required standards as established by the company, and keeps appropriate documentation, ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are communicated, upheld or surpassed at all times, coordinating and supervises menu implementations in a timely manner with necessary plating guides, recipes, food pictures and costs completed prior to implementation, preparing evaluation report for his employees as required by policy and procedure, and ensuring the food cost of his kitchen is in line with budget as well as kitchen operating supplies, and kitchen energy cost.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent professional training
· At least 3-5 years working experience in restaurant industry
· Japanese restaurant experience is a plus
Multi-Branch Manager (NYFD)
The Multi-Branch Manager has Operational and Financial responsibility for a defined Brand/Branch/es. Head Commissary Baker (Eleven Bakes)
The Head Commissary Baker is responsible for the whole commissary daily operations. They oversee the daily production in the kitchen and also the daily in/out of the baked products. Their duties usually includes developing and planning recipes, preparing Ingredients and Handling baking and other kitchen equipment, decorating pastries and desserts to endure beautiful and tasteful presentation, assuring that all bakery items are prepared and served according to established standards and practices, monitoring all stocks and inventory, ordering new supplies, ingredients and equipment for the commissary, when needed and within the budget, monitoring and participating in all kitchen activities to the agreed standards and to the complete satisfaction of our clients, ensuring the food cost of his kitchen is in line with budget as well as kitchen operating supplies, and kitchen energy cost, preparing evaluation report for his employees as required by policy and procedure, training and developing junior kitchen staff to operate to the required standards as established by the company, and keeps appropriate documentation, overseeing the cleanliness of the whole commissary inside and out, and lastly, planning the itinerary of the delivery for all ordered products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, Pastry-making or any relevant field.
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience working within the food industry as a Head Baker/Chief Baker.
· Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry making process.
· Creative ability with artistic skills in decorating cakes and other desserts.
· Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
· Knowledgeable in handling and managing a whole team and commissary.
Assistant/ Restaurant Managers (Nabe)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. Their duties include setting and executing sales performance goals to increase profitability, hiring, training and assessing stores employee's productivity and performance, maintaining orderly, presentable appearance of the store, and overseeing stock and store operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
· At least 3 years store management experience in the restaurant industry
· Customer centric with a positive attitude
